Not sure why they waited till the close on Friday to announce that the PP was significantly oversubscribed. 

If the 52c shs are free trading Mar 1st, are you saying that shorting may continue on1st 2 days of next week and then overhang from free trading shs after that? Or has your experience been that that shorting normally continues after free trading date? 

Any reason why you expect clinical trial news next week?
