RE:RE:nsu dividend cut

RE:RE:nsu dividend cutoverall good management but i think they could do better in terms of communicating. they should've known the dividend cut, which they could've made it known in the last quarter or 3 months ahead. ie. we may cut dividend in the future to finance timok project - this would not have made the share price drop as a surprise news came out.
another is that after listening to the conference call and based on their past behaviour, they always make extremely conservative estimates and never even state that it is a conservative estimate unless someone asks how the estimate is made. this is not being very professional at all. they do not know how to present information. also, since the earning was negative for this quarter, they should've forecasted the 2017 earnings using the numbers they have. typical shareholder is not going to go through all the trouble calculating the expected earnings, when company can do it more easily and they are the ones responsible for it. anyway, this information is also an estimate so not sure if they are worried about giving expectation and not achieving it. ie. lawsuit. yet, i just think they are not delivering enough information. ie. communication problem they have, lack of information.
who cares if they deliver in the next quarter or in the year or so, when their stock price has suffered due to low expectation set by themselves being extremely conservative.
