https://www.metanor.ca/en/communiques-presse/metanor-intersects-70-9-gt-over-2-6-m-on-the-barry-property-adjacent-to-osisko-minings-windfall-property-2/
The Moss drill hole is part of a 6km structure from the Windfall property and is situated midway on a 3km segment on Metanor's property.
Osisko's property is situated on either side of Metanor's 3km segment. This 70gt grade is 250m below the surface and may also align with the Windfall property drilling.
As a single operator, Metanor could only sustain open pit mining at Barry and therefore, this high value drill hole could potentially be used as a bargaining chip, if a major were to seek to control the whole Barry Urban camp.
If Metanor's geology knowledge at the Moss location could lead it to replicate this drill grade within its 3km segment, then its hand would be strengthened in any future negotioations with Osisko / a major.
It seems that additional drilling on this part of Barry could follow with own resources if the Barry open pit were to become cash generating.
