why was wright allowed to be ceo and director same timeDirectors can fire ceo's so why would a ceo be a director. Some complete mess was allowed to happen and no wonder the company went bankrupt. How was john wright able to be a ceo of petrobank and petrobakken -lightsream at the same time. Has enyone ever heard of a ceo of two companies at the same time and director of the companies and a director of a few other companies at the same time. I guess only in canada is this allowed and you wonder why a company goes bankrupt, isnt there any rules about such nonsense!
