The Sungold property exhibits striking similarities with the geologic setting of the past producing Shebandowan mine.

Battery to make cash payments of $150,000, issue 450,000 shares and incur $500,000 of expenditures over a 3 year period. This deal will help fund the next Hemlo project for Junior McKinnon. I love this deal! Sounds like Battery will take this property to the next level and we still get 20% of the pie. I love this deal. Great day for SSS Sunvest investors!
