PHM finally moving in right direction

Looks like PHM will be back in black by the spring. With cash on hand, and profitability returning, we should see 50 cents in short order. Taking the spin-out into account, we should trade closer to 30 cents here in the short term. Post split, I see a 50 cent target by the summer.
