Agreed. Company has taken eye off the ball with this Gold spin-co. News flow has stopped while they focus on getting that done. Now, fundamentals have not changed, nor the reasons to own it, but the market is punishing them severely, as it should. Always happens. Brokers hate that.

If you are a small cap. And you do one thing well, one thing that brings in money, then stick to it. You have no other means to bring in cash. I don't mind getting shares for nothing, but there was no rush. They could have announced it during the next gold run-up....whether that be in a year, or 2, or 3 years, no matter. Still, now we investors have to play much more of a long game.
