RE:RE:RE:Input undervalued ?INP is efficient, has positive cash flow, low capital costs, real earnings, and returns some of that money to shareholders as a dividend. By low capital costs I mean that they do not own the farms, equipment, pay farming workers or take the risks that the farmer does. They are essentially a bank without all the banking regulations because their loan model is significantly different from a bank. It is also beneficial for both the farmer and INP. If they were a bank the book value ratio would be reasonable at about 1.2 or 1.3. But they have advantages over banks. I suspect in time, once the market understands the business model, INP will be able to carry a much higher ratio.
