RE:RE:Is the $4.0 per lb.
Hi Quakes,
Thanks for answer and yes this helps me.
If I am interpreting this correctly then, The value given by Talbot is as of now and has nothing to do with the potential takeout value at some future date.
The only thing to sweat is what I percieve to be the presently low SP value, so that if an early take out were to occur the SP could end up being lower than hoped for.
I'm assuming then that the sooner they get their drilling done and the closer they get to the new RE then we could rest a bit more easily to obtain the hoped for higher price.
One thing that puzzles me a bit though, is that I expect that the short term price may have a bit of an effect on SP because of the take out agreement. What I am thinking is that approximate %20 of the shares woyld be valued at slightly less than the short term price, account of ownership by CGN's agreement where as approximately 80% would be at the long term price. Maybe this is having a bit of an affect on the SP price. (Granted that sometimes the Spot price can go higher than the long term as indicated by historical actions.)
Anyway, just some musings to help the dreaming come along.
