Catalysts are:

Closing of PP
Commencement of production
Revenue growth ramp up rate (including expansion to NV)

Earnings don't matter pre-production while revenue is ramping up. For that matter, they may not matter until there is an analyst that covers the name and publishes earnings expectations. Until then, it is all about revenue growth and margins.
