IMO these wells wont be gushers. Even the first well there had not great flow tests ( supposedly on the crest of structure?). Massive net pay but lower and thicker sand with flow test under 1mmcfe. May be the same geological structures like Valueras Trace basin acreage. Lower rather unconventional, upper small conventional reservoirs so better flowing. They planned 4 development wells for producing what? 10 mmcfe/d from such great reservoir/net pay in wells drilled...
