I think TraderBen was referring to the Bill that finished the third reading that will require them to lower the prices on their drugs. Two separate issues. And if you have been following the story since September 2016, they are definitely targeting Concordia as a price gouger. The Competition Market Act Fine is another issue, and the Class Action Law Suit against Concordia and four executives (three of which are still at the company) in the States is yet another issue. Do your due diligence, this doesn't look good, just saying!
