To put it into perspective, the financing was announced February 9th. Every weekend since then I assumed the PP would close the following week and that hasn't happened. This weekend is no different, I expect it to close this week but I would not be surprised if it pushes to the following week based on the pattern to date.
As I understand it, Canaccord is in the driver's seat and they are overwhelmed with deal flow right now so LDS is stuck in the pipeline waiting for its turn. Obviously based on the $2M increase to the PP last week, you know that the delay is not a result of a lack of demand.
At this point, the subscription agreements have not even been sent out so it is not imminent. I can let you know when the sub agreements are sent out.
