Any micro-cap like a CNZ will trade on news. Not sure why we have all the back and forth. They are currently in the mix of creating a new company that they will spin-out, AND, in the midst of backroom wheeling and dealing. For 95% of Fertilizer type plays, the winter season is one of working on new contracts and new deals, the late winter and early spring is when the news starts to flow, and the mine starts to ramp up again. Perfectly normal for the dead of winter to be slow, news wise.
