CEO of ESN is not the problem, in order for the company to jump to the next tier they must do a transformative deal. Getting close to time for mgt. to recognize they will likely never get the proper valuation short of $100 crude.

We advocate for a merger of equals with CWC, followed by a sale of the service rig div which would leave an entity with 9 drilling rigs, almost 40 coil tubing units and zero net debt with about 40 mil in cash. Also, would leave Brookfield Pvt equity/mgt with an almost 50% ownership stake and serve as an anchor investor.  Right now, based on Brookfields almos 80% stake in CWC...they have almost zero other institutional investors and ONE firm with research coverage. 

Once the patent trial is over, there are no more excuses.
