They were probabely left off due to the low volume and high SP. The risk of buying 500k shares or even 100k shares and being unable to sell it can seem very real. That's not to say they aren't very undervalued atm, but you need the market to see your companies potential, which they aren't atm.

CMED was also initially left off the Emerging Agrosphere ETF (Filled with all CMED's competitors), I don't know if that has changed or not. Either way they seem to be lagging behind a bit on exposure.

I do believe this is a strong long hold but I do feel the volume and exposure concerns need to be addressed sooner than later.
