I'm not sure why you guys are bashing on Ray for not releasing news, can't release non-events, looks like desperate for attention like MKN does all the time saying they're "right next to Fission".  News will come when something happens, good or bad, so until then why demand he has to apologize for not releasing junk reports that would do no good?  It isn't like they are sitting on news for a "better time" as they can't just release when they feel like it.  That's not to say they can't drag their feet on a process in order to artifiially delay, but once something happens it has to be reported.
