Don't quite understand?

Don't quite understand?Tomorrow we will likely touch the 52 week high... if not this week, and waiting on more test results shortly, why would people want to sell at .14 cents? I really cant grasp it, this will be pushing 20's in the next week no doubt. What's the reason for selling?
