This is common in developing companies until the penny stock investor is replace with institutional investors. It's called a washout. Where a penny stock share price is falling and emotions take over because of the falling price and all research done by these people is turfed out the window. When these types of investments with a developing story snap back they move up much faster than it took to drop. I have managed to pick up a bunch and will likely buy much more.
