RE:FXThey have not secured the funding for the FS as of yet. They are working on it. Anything can happen before hand. Look at SJL. They secured a deal with Panasonic and if I'm not mistaken they don't even Have a PeA out. Funding will be easier with a secure buyer. It's the chicken vs the egg analogy.
