I agree that this is going to result in the price going up as opposed to down as some have speculated. They don't want to rush into anything and get burned by over-diluting. Lazerson has proved in the past that he's very careful about this sort of thing, and their buy-in strategies also have been a great way for them to gain ground without shoveling out a ton of cash. My initial thought was that it was a bit sketchy, but the more I have thought about it, the more confident I've become that it's in our best interest as I'm realizing the strategy behind their PP
