The Lac Dore Property is located approximately 27 km east-southeast from the City of Chibougamau, in Eeyou Istchee James Bay Territory, Nord-du-Quebec administrative region, Province of Quebec, Canada. The Lac Dore Project comprises two claim blocks, referred to as Lac Dore Main and Lac Dore North. The Lac Dore Main claims cover an area of 648.82 hectares (Ha), and the Lac Dore North claims cover an area of 4,637.87 Ha.

In the Financial Statements

The Auditors talk about the Defamation suit against the Members of the BOD and several others-- this defamation suit is PERSONAL to each individual. It is NOT a company lawsuit. There is NO reason this should be in the FINANCIAL STATEMENTS of the COMPANY... another very questinable fact-- the defendants of the defamation suit (the BOD and some are just shareholders) are defended by the same lawyer. It is several separate PERSONAL lawsuits, why are they all under one lawyer? Some serious questions need to be asked. Are VRB shareholders paying for the personal lawsuits of the Board and others?
