The cup is tilted to the left and handle to the top right. We will probably see a slight drop and bounce back for the remainder of this week as the handle is completed. If you draw a line from the september low to the handle high, the trend is to the top right and we expect the breakout and continuation of the trend to be in that direction.

Let's go with the one that rises faster :) Although I'm not sure I would use technicals to buy/sell this right now. We are waiting on an offer that would be between 5M and 15M which should send the stock to 30-60+ cents....hopefully the bidding war is making people do stupid things like in the Toronto real estate market.
