I was just looking at sucessful 5N, and year 1 Q4 2017, refinery is built and producing 20MT a year/ 200000 kilos @ 15.00$USD per kilo (conservative) and a sales contract in place.

Governments have R&D credits in place,

What is HPQ's market cap? I understand that there are posibilities to scale up quickly and all that. Im just looking at whats the return on 9 months from now.
