RE:RE:???From what I am led to understand, the company will finance construction by manufacturing 5 - 10 at a time, likely getting partially funded by prepayments, and partially funded by EDC (or some other gov't debt facility). After builidng 10 - 20 of these, the inherent margins should be able to fund future manufacturing. 

The key here will be to move to getting a firm order. 

I'm surprised the stock price didn't jump on this news, but that just leads me to believe that a lot of people were expecting this, or something like this.
