I mentioned 60 mil for CWC's service rigs and as the 2nd largest service rig co w/highest utilazation rates it probably is closer to 100M(Precision is possible but better fit is probably High Arctic). CWC's CEO also runs his own pvt. equity fund and their board is stacked with Brookfield guys so not much issues with who gets to run the show.
Shareholders who owned both TOT CN and SVY CN proposed a merger to Totals board, amazing that ESN hasnt attracted a large vulture yet to push for change.
<Brookfield Pvt equity/mgt is a good plan but i don't think it will happen. CWC already has a ton of outstanding shares since no one wants to dish out cash it would have to be a deal paid with esn or cwc shares another company with a ton of outstanding shares>
