Its International Farming segment owns and operates orchards from which all fruit produced is sold to its Marketing and Distribution segment. Its farming activities range from cultivating early-stage plantings to harvesting from mature trees. Its Blueberries segment is a farming operation that cultivates blueberry plants in Peru. It provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packaging, logistical management, and quality assurance. The Company also provides its customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and hands-on training.

@ csinc47. Not that it is important, but what do you mean by; I'm more experienced than you? Experienced in what? Could be that you are more experienced than me. Yes. I am an expert but in different fields: Inventor, manufacturing, efficiency and quality improvent, labourrelations. But this experience helped me to spot AVO as an exemplary company and I put my retirement money in there for the simple reason that I realized that this company I could not improve and that was a first for me.
