Is WHAT it? Almost $100k in attorney's fees is just the tip of the iceberg.

You call GLK paying almost $100k in attorney's fees for two lost pre-trial motions "peanuts?" They haven't even gone to trial yet and GLK is already in the hole $100k! That's some expensive peanuts before you even get to the ice cream sundae they're sprinkled on.

Clearly. You must think $100k in attorney's fees is the full damages award, which I assure you, it ain't. These amounts were ONLY attorney's fees for OLG having to 1) file a motion for a restraining order and 2) to defend a frivolous Security for Costs motion by GLK. Lulz.
The real hurt comes when GLK stubbornly pushes this matter to trial and loses... AGAIN (for the 3rd time, unless they also bring some other frivolous motion in the meantime...)
Think SEVEN FIGURES for damages GLK will be ordered to pay. Yes, that's $1Million minimum plus, you guessed it, attorney's fees.
Enjoy those peanuts.
