RE:News Release

RE:News Release
This is the best news in many years for HBK. They could not sell water to a village in the middle of the desert. They finally recognized and accepted their short comings and now this deal gives them a massive step forward. The fact that they have left the door open for a JV and the fact that the deal is not yet concluded tells me that the next major news will be that HBK will NOT be the operator. This would also be welcome news. If HBK does not have to focus on Sales and Marketing and they don;t have to worry about pit operation they can shift their focus to finding and developing the next pit. The beauty in this is that they will already have the teams in place to take over once they develop the next project as well.

As I said in an earlier post, Rupert is buzzing with an air of excitement. It is easy to see why. Altagas is moving forward with their build. HBK now has a real chance at that business! Petronas is still working on advancing their project since they have just signed deals with the First Nations and so that deal will probably be green lighted very soon. I was also told that there are numerous infrastructure deals in the wing or starting. It is easy to see why people and jobs are returning to Rupert.

Excellent news. Let us all hope that the market will recognize! The long painful road travelled by the longs might soon start paying dividends!
