RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Awesome financials and it sells off

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Awesome financials and it sells offwell my opinions of AF are just that, opinions.  As CEO, he certainly did a fantastic job in creating a ground breaking and very strong video camera company. As a veteran security, professional, I was absolutely enthralled with his product and people.  A true breath of fresh air in the video world. I championed sold and specked the product at every turn.

Let’s say I was wrong with him getting into card access and buying a building. for arguments sake, let’s call it a great move.

Sooo, stepping back we see price fall for years now. Drama queen hysteria by supposed experts in investment world have as usual proven to be just talking head hot air.  these talking heads are the same class of folk that championed Bre-x and we all know how well that turned out.  So, credibility of analysts is like a public toilet seat.  go’s up and down a thousand times a day.

So, despite great product and let’s assume smart moves on other ventures, we have value of publically traded company in the tank.

many on this board see the issue as manipulation.  Whatever the heck it is, AF seems unable to counter it. PERIOD, FULL STOP.    if private company he is in excellent shape. but the problem is, it isn’t private and people such as myself have a right to demand that the company do something. As dude, has said, efforts at sales or profits do not move this puppy up.  They SHOULD, but are not.

so, either they do something or we sit here floundering around.  Life is pretty simple when you take emotion out of things.

T64 indicated a while back that if AVO continued growth and profit his formulas would work.  I think the man has as a legitimate reason to say that as any of do with our statements.  Given price after a good report, there appears to be a gap in theory. Maybe it will take another quarter or so and I am to harsh or aggressive. God knows I have little patience for certain things so maybe T64 is 100% correct

I still say AF is failing as CEO of a "publically held" company. great product and people but WE are getting our duff kicked by forces beyond his apparent control. If he wants to be the CEO, then it comes with the full weight of the mantle.  I know, I have had to bear the weight and it nearly cost my life a few times. I can say this with certainty. If I had his money, I would be going after the source of this problem and putting as much effort into killing it as one would with developing a camera.  If he is or has tried, then he is failing. If he hasn’t then that also says something.  Either way, this price is hurting the company and our pocket books.

when a publically traded company drops by half, the head usually roles or is placed in another chair.  time for that to occur here.  He isn’t any more precious than any CEO of a public company and he gave up that right when he decided to go public.  leave him in engineering and product development but put someone else in to manage the company. I have known many a company where two men rule a company for decades. One in fianc and the other operations.  Done all the time.
