Describing a 29% GM as impressive, baffles me - 71% of every dollar taken in is paid out to providing the service or product. And this is before your pay for turning on the lights and paying the Exec/admin salaries and expenses. Please help me understand how a $90M valuation is justified based upon the numbers provided? No hand-waving please!
i appreciate your comments, but your methodology is focused on just the numbers. In just one quarter. On that metric alone, I admit that your conclusion is sound.
What I don't think you are taking into account is why they were actually in the hole. Other than for expansion purposes, remove the 500 UK houses, and associated expenses, we are up on revenue 126%. Yes, margin is down. It usually is in any expansion oriented endeavour.
You also failed to consider that your conclusion was also based on a piece of paper ending Dec 31 2016. We are now 2 months past that, and still working. In the U.K. Where the expenses were. For workers.
My money is betting that LTE will make a lot of money. You should back up your conclusions and short it. I'll even let you use my shares.
PS,
I do agree with you that this really isn't a tech company though. I was also very disappointed that the stock didn't retreat, like, AT ALL!
