honestly my guess is that they asked for the halt to stop the SP from dropping while they worked the new Private placement deal. im not expecting any mindblowing news after the halt. just that a new agreement was made on PP price. i thought they should of halted it in the first place instead the quiet time. i think theyu realized that as well and then halted it.
