RE:Once the drilling starts and the oil flowsThe market is aware of lots of oil and natural gas. The problem about sprcualators here is if you get in at a penny and a half then they will just sell the next uptick for a doulble or 50% gain. paraguay has meager demand which is easily filled by importing from neighbors. There is no real indication about how much it costs to set up production in the remote Paraguay landscape and briing the oil to market. I read an online article which underscored the challenges clearly. This was written in 2013 and appears little has changed in 4 years. The oil is there but how will it be brought to market when oil already abounds? It reminds me of decades ago when we heard about all the oil in the Alberta oil sands which at the time was just too expensive to retrieve. The asset is rreal but there is no way to guage how long until its brought to fruition. If you want shares put your order in at a penny of half penny and pretty soon frustration will get you a fill as somebody just wants out. Until the issue of how bring this to production is sorted out there is no catalyst for an uptick and that could take decades
