BUS & FGD Correlation

BUS & FGD CorrelationNotice the falling volume in BUS over the past several days even though the price has been increasing. So just like FGD, BUS will retrace it's current value.

You must ask yourself.....Who is buying BUS at these values, at the top, even though volum is dropping? Look at the indicators, RSI topped out,  MACD divergence even though the stock price is rising. Stochastics topped out and overbought. All signs of an overbought stock.

So just like FGD, I am in no way bashing BUS, but am simply suggesting that there will be lower entry levels to come. Buying opportunities as I like to call them.

Now I own BUS but I am calling for a lower SP in the days and possibly weeks to come. Am I bashing the stock....not at all. Just like FGD, I am simply providing a more oppurtune time to enter the stock rather than at it's highs of an overbought scenario.

FYI ....I have now exited the majority of my position in NFI, what remains has well been paid for

A further look into BUS suggests that you may even want to lower that bid from 2.27 to possibly under $2. Charts are a living thing, we shall see where it goes this week. I'm assuming it will retrace just as the volume did, starting at the beginning of the month.

Your Welcome
