Beauce Gold Spinoff

Question for the more knowledgeable HPQ investors: How exactly would the Beauce Gold Spinoff rollout? I've never owned any shares in this type of scenario, and not sure how that would affect/impact the stock price and/or the amount of shares owned... Any thoughts/expertize shared would be appreciated! mhlm
