HPQ will retain 20 percent of the overall share total of beauce gold fields. The other 80 percent will be distributed to current HPQ share holders. These shares will be distributed after the ex divided date. So if the beauce gold fields has 25 million shares, 20 million would be distributed. If we take out share total of 160M shares and divide it by 20million, you would receive 1 share for every 8 you have. These shares will have a hold period. In a company email sent out Patrick said we will here a lot of promising info once spin out happens. This could be extremely lucrative. HPQ shares could soar ahead of ex date, right around the timing of 5N plus news. Could be in for a large share price run.

Phase 1 permits are already in hand, they can go to production REAL FAST, it's very easy to get funding to start when it comes to gold mining. This is not unknown Territory for investors to throw cash at it and get a return.
