I Meant to say massive exploration funding commitment by OSK. DGO wouldnt have any funding requirements.

I dont know much about the Chinese involvement in the area. What's the chances they are involved in the bidding? They may invest large in DGO to fund exploration and take a large stake as a shareholder.
