RE:RE:RE:RE:ClarityPrice is likley to drop somewhat after consolidation. Historically consolidation will bring the price down.
So... if the Sp was $0.20 @ 5:1 consolidation one would believe the consolidated S/P would be $1/share.\\However, it is more than likley to drop to say $0.80 ... which would make shares even less expensive to pick up.
Its a gamble ... one that I was not willing to take. I picked up more shares late last week.
If the consolidation is announced to take place by March 30th there is plenty of time to announce financing between the 6th and the 30th.
Alternatively, there could e a halt after consolidation is announced and it could be halted for some time days, weeks ? This would allow: consolidation to take place and an announcement for other material changes.
Too many ways to get caught here... I'm holding tight - hopefull not to an empty bag. :)
