RE:John Kaiser on WindfallFirst, thanks a lot for the link Rocketred2015!
There is a lot of useful info in the podcast. I listened to it twice always asking myself if Kaiser analysis of Durango Windfall story is right. I am a newbie investor and from his comments I took a decision : do not put more money in DGO. There is more risk then I taught. But, I will not panic sell my shares (bought at 0.23$). He convinced me that the Windfall story is a perfect story for pump and dump schemes but not that it is the case for DGO.
There is 3 offers on the table. You might have friends that are ready to help you in your pump and dump strategy, but 3 offers is a lot of pump (and a lot of friends). And if Durango management is involved in the plot, if there is one, I do not think that they would have pushed it to the point of adopting an advance notice policy. It is not impossible that Durango have been targeted from a large and well organized group of stock pumpers and dumpers and are currently just a victim, but I do not think so. This would have been too big. Too big for such a small stock.
Here is what I think : yes, Durango is a struggling junior, and it might be why Durango was willing to take some initiative linked to the marijuana industry, but I think that it does not make Durango a fraudulent company. Sometimes in life there is luck. Durango is currently just very very lucky to possess Trove property at the center of Beaufield and Osisko Windfall areas, be at the right place right time. Do they deserve this on their expertise and analysis of Winfall area potential? I do not know. But it does not matter a lot right now.
