RE:There is literally hundreds of millions...Not sure this will play out exactly as you think. McCoy is perturbed about the interim with a gap in financing from the Feds... maybe causing layoffs resulting in extra costs to seek out and retrain the necessary skilled labour and trades.Talk of overruns and contracts going to the Thales Group.
