You  should   vote    yes   but   if  you  don't  vote   or  even  vote  no  it  will  not  matter.  There   is  no  quoted  market   for  Craft    shares    but    they    can   be  traded  as  they   are   public   company   and a reporting   issuer   in  Canada  .   The   vote  is  to  wind  up  the  company  and  distribute  the assets    (  mainly   shares   of  Cardinal   Energy    listed    Toronto )  .   .12 to  .24   Cdn.   is   the  estimated   break  up  value   .     A  more   accurate    estimate    is    .17   to  .185   per  share   .
