Sure looks like a laundry to meHow can 81k shares move this from .12 to .80 to launch a pp at .90 ?
Some 30% or higher debs coming soon I imagine.
I sure hope that when the exchanges rubberstamp stuff like this they at least flag the deals to the cra.
