but I personally think that The Essel group
has already have all the approvals- signed and sealed dealst
to go ahead and drill..

Elections and Business should not interfere with each other..

Governments change in every country but
OIL or Metals drillings don't stop for the new Poiliticians ink...

LIBERIA IN 2008/2010   NOCAL AND 
 SIRLEAF BUT LIBERIA IS STILL AT STANDHILL!!!

.....August 8th 2017......I would be surprised if anything happens before the elections....and for some time there after for that matter......might be a whole new set of people to deal with.....Essel/Simba don't want to come out and state that this is the real reason for the "delay" and "slow" progress...Indians are going to want to know who and what they're going to have to deal with before they spend the big dough....after all it is their money.....just my opinion...GLTA...
