please buy my property DGO. The seller will make more off the transaction taking DGO 1mil shares at a buyout price than they would waiting years for a direct purchase from OSK

or is it

OSK.. to DGO.. buy that extra piece of property as it'll cost me (OSK) less to purchase via my  purchase of DGO vs doing a direct purchase with the current owner/seller of the property
