RE:AMY/Rocher DebouleThe focus has changed from Manganese to Cobalt.  There is a huge difference in price between the 2 commodities.  Its like switching your focus from Silver to Gold.  
They are in a better position now than they were years ago IMO because the price for Manganese never took off, the price for Cobalt on the other hand is on fire.
