Mr. Rowlands is the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eurocontrol Technics Group, a TSXV listed company that is focused on the acquisition and development of certification and authentication technologies.  Prior to forming Eurocontrol, Mr. Rowlands worked in the biotechnology and investment banking industries as Senior Vice President with Lorus Therapeutics, a leading Canadian biotechnology company and Vice President and Director of Dominick and Dominick Securities Canada, a Canadian investment banking firm.

Interestingly XORTX announced 2 days before Rowlands nomination to its board that they 
intendedto go public through a reverse takeover of BMR.H.



For all intends and purposes I take it that Bruce Rowlands was their "go to Public Market guy.

With the upcoming RTO with Bradmer Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced last week and pending financing, we look forward to his contribution to the Company’s future progress and success.”

However the deal was called off, from Bradmer last MD&A:

Significant Corporate Events in 2015 Bradmer entered into a letter of intent (“Letter of Intent”) dated November 18, 2014 with XORTX Pharma Corp. (“XORTX”), a corporation subsisting under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “CBCA”), to complete a going-public transaction for XORTX. Pursuant to the Letter of Intent, Bradmer had agreed in principle to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of XORTX (“XORTX Shares”) based on a valuation of $0.515 per XORTX Share via the issuance of approximately 186,000,000 common shares of Bradmer (“Bradmer Shares”), on a pre-consolidated basis, giving the Bradmer Shares a deemed value of approximately $0.061 per Bradmer Share, on a pre-consolidated basis. On June 30, 2015, Bradmer announced that its Letter of Intent with XORTX had been terminated. 

So NOTHING HAPPENED but Bruce still sits there on their board.... ( where have I seen this before ? LOL ) 


Bruce Rowlands´s Linkedin,Bloomberg, EUO website of EUO´s MD&A or even Management Information Circulars never show up anything on XORTX.

So now as  EUO shareholders we want to know:

- Why is that XORTX is publicly hidden from Bruce Rowland´s profile everywhere? Why not disclose it? 

- What is the amount of time XORTX is taking away from Rowland´s duties as a EUO CEO? 

Should not this occupation had been disclosed on the Management Information Circular as it would not be very credible that trying to take a company public through a reverse take over, financing and public listing onthe TSX-V NOT to be a Principal Ocupation as well ??

Whats the law anyway regarding this? Anyone know? I thought it was mandatory to list ALL occupations as Director ?

OMG!! This is the most nice DD I've ever read in this board. I dont think anyone knew about this. Now question is if Doron is CEO of Xwinsys and Xene in Israel and Bruce Gonen Zahavi etc. have service contract with Sicpa for GFI in Switzerlan, why EUO needs a CEO making 200.000 a year in Toronto ? He is also dustracted with XORTX in Toronto.

so Bruce is spending time in XORTX. What a name. It seems a nickname.
