March 2017 is an important month

March 2017 is an important month4th cohort started on Jan 10, 2017. We expect to see the result after 8 weeks from there based on COT plan. March is an important checkpoint though it is still far from its endpoint. Should COT be able to successfully complete Pharse I, we have a good chance to see its SP hit $1.00.
