RE:RE:Agenda Disclosure

RE:RE:Agenda DisclosureJust to politely clarify to you, our generous guest, your comparisons are meant to correct perceptions which you have determined in your calculations to be "wrong". There's (almost) always more than one way to skin a cat. It could be said that what you have continued to do is obfuscate with your particular perspective on fiscal practices. I am not hearing an attempt to engage in meaningful dialogue. I'm hearing somebody who's mind has already been made attempting to push an agenda.

I think it would be helpful for the credibility of posters here to make a disclosure - especially GoBlue2016 who is very partial to APH and active on the Aphria board.

As you may know on BNN the quest gives a disclosure of stock ownership so the audience can give some weight to statements and have a better understanding of the opinion and analysis.

For example a poster could say  :

  1. I now own Weed and I would like to offer positive opinions to hold.
  2. I did own Weed and now I would like to give negative opinions to buy in lower.
  3. I never owned Weed but I want to encourage lower prices to buy in soon
  4. I never owned Weed & I am not interested to buy - SO WHY ARE YOU HERE !

So GoBlue2016 why are you doing all the hard work on this board to give your slant on the financial intricacies which can be debated endlessly.

I personally know a Chartered Accountant who I play hockey with and he tells me this joke :

If 2 C.A.’s are commissioned to do the books for one public company that produces products, how many versions can be produced.

Answer is 5 – One for the government, One for the insiders, One for the shareholders,

One for the buyers of the product and One for the sellers of the product.

your accountant is right. I am trying to explain where the voodoo takes place.

As the writer on Seeking Alpha stated "They use this large non-cash "inflow" to calculate a gross margin of 2.2 million dollars that, if taken at face value, would completely mislead most retail investors."

If you were analyzing incorrectly would you not want to be shown the correct approach?

Other than to inform I have no agenda. Unless debunking false facts is an agenda.  Lots of first time or novice investors.

I dont have risk appetite to short. I have been honest with my Aphria position when asked.

On Aphria board I certainly offer my opinion more freely. But I am a guest on this board. So I try to be polite and add some value.

Also so as I have said... to me it is not a battle between the two. Peer comparisons are a useful exercise.

And these are not meant to be "slants" they are meant to correct wrong perceptions.

Best
