I speculate at timing when debeers withdrew,, outcome is pgd had two financings....debeers was no longer an insider....what have debeers done it the last two years???took gahcho kue to operation now new monies are rolling.......closure of snap lake but over a year of care and maintanence was a big debt.....when they withdrew from peregrine they had 3333333 shares.....seems to me they were no longer considered insider....(HOW MANY MORE SHARES DID THEY ACCUMILATE FROM SHAKEN SHAREHOLDERS SELLING CHEAP). last year debeers threw millions at canalaska id say they are somewhat desperate for future inventories.....
 After debeers walked away from PGD they later introduced peregrine to the diamond bourse.....this shows a reasonably happy departure from the table.......adding they are the first junior to the table also....I ask why if the parties did not do this for thier best interests......reading between the lines debeers is way better situated these upcoming years.....new monies ....other projects cleaned up.....and a percievable direction to head the next three years CHIDLIAK IS NOW BY 2021......
and when the tide changes for peregrine from these chess moves RF will have a rolling stock much similar to IVN.....rock solid!    im not pumping but expressing my views been here over three years and have read all posts.....best to all !!
