Personally, I think management doesn't know what to do at this point. 

First their PP was put in too low, PP turned down due to it being too cheap in comparison to how th sp ran up. NOW, with managements epic mistake of creating a "quiet time" as my kindergarten teacher would put it, they have created quite the kerfuffle. 

The market will undoubtedly punish the stock as represented by the bid/ask and so now the NEW PP that management WAS going to release will NOW be too high. and will again have to be re done. Therefore management continues the halt, and with each passing day the market will punish the stock worse and worse once it the halt is ceased.

Just my opinion and i'm sure the market's as well.
